I THINK I NEED UPPER AND LOWER LID BLEPHAROPLASTY
Question:
I think I need upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. I have large fat pads under my eyes that I would like to take out. My upper lid is so hidden that I don’t bother using eye shadow any more. When the upper lid is operated on, does that help the crow’s feet at all? Or would I need to get another procedure?
Answer:
Yes, it does sound like you would benefit from a blepharoplasty. A blepharoplasty does help crow’s feet although it probably will not remove all of these wrinkles. A browlift along with a blepharoplasty would likely help futher with the crow’s feet. Botox injections also help the crow’s feet by weakening the muscle that causes the wrinkles.
