Before and 2 months after mini-facelift. Please notice the tightening of the jawline and the elevation of the sagging neck (platysma) muscle bands. Also, the increased volume in the mid face can be seen where this patient had a significant depression in the "before" photo. On the side view, the elevation of the jowl can be seen. Again, he maintains a natural appearance.
