Before and after rhinoplasty for a nose with significant tip and alar base asymmetry and a hanging columella. Please note how the after base and front views photo show good nostril and tip symmetry and how the lateral views show excess columellar show which is taken care of in the after photo. Also, please note how the nose had significant deviation to the right in the before front view which is taken care of in the after front view.
