Dr. Jonathan Pontell, Dr. Catherine Weng, and our staff help patients put their best face forward with caring, personalized service.
From the least invasive to the most complex procedures, every patient seeking facial plastic surgery in the Philadelphia area receives the scrupulous attention to detail and thoughtful planning required when dealing with the delicate structures of the face. There are no “simple” surgeries when a patient’s face is at stake, and our doctors strive to ensure that patients are comfortable and at ease while in our care.

Marie Mich -Office Manager
Having graduated from Goldey Beacom College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2000, Marie Mich joined our team in 2021. Marie worked in the aesthetics industry for over 15 years coordinating patient care and enhancing internal office operations. Marie’s background fits our doctors’ goals of giving patients the best possible care through their surgical journey. She takes great pride in creating a superb patient experience through keen attention to detail and a warm demeanor.
From Dr. Pontell’s bedside manner to his patients’ results, he truly creates the pinnacle of customer service. I am proud to say that I work for Dr. Pontell. We are a well-matched team here, and we look forward to building new relationships and creating the best possible outcome for every patient.
Lisa - Surgical Technologist
Lisa brings five years of surgical technology experience to our team, with a background spanning multiple specialities in a hospital setting. She holds both an Associate of Applied Science and a certification in Surgical Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and Chemistry – a combination that reflects her dedication to precision and detail in everything she does. In our office, Lisa assists the doctors with in-office procedures and follow-up visits, ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their care journey. She is deeply committed to treating each individual with kindness and compassion, and finds great joy in witnessing the confidence her patients gain when they see their results.
Dr. Pontell is genuinely one of the most kind and talented surgeons that I have had the pleasure of working with. His patient focused results, kind heart and years of experience make him a joy to work with. We work together as a team and it is such a pleasure to be a part of it.
Cathy Dahley - Patient Care Coordinator
Having grown up in Havertown and attended college at West Chester University, Cathy Dahley began working with surgeons immediately after college. She was employed by a large Orthopedic Group in Malvern for over 20 years as a Surgical Coordinator. After realizing she needed a change, Cathy found Dr. Pontell and now works as Patient Care Coordinator in our friendly office.
Working with Dr. Pontell has been an amazing experience. His work ethic and talent motivate and inspire me. When I joined the team at the Aesthetic Facial Plastic Surgery Center over six years ago, I knew instantly that I had made an excellent decision.
Leslie Goldberg Chladek - Patient Care Coordinator
An artist with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Rosemont College, Leslie Goldberg Chladek found the perfect home in aesthetics. Before joining our team, she worked in medical offices for over 15 years. Leslie loves helping patients receive the service they need and making sure patients know the entire team genuinely cares about their desired results.
Dr. Pontell has such compassion and dedication to all his patients. He is a talented plastic surgeon, which you can see through the artistry that he performs on our patients. I enjoy being a part of this amazing team. We aim to provide our patients with the best experience possible.
